License
Matt is a clinical social worker licensed in the states of North Carolina and Arizona, and can provide conventional counseling to residents in those states. Video appointments are available in both states, and in-office visits are available in North Carolina.
Intuitive services are available in-office, and to anyone in the world through video. NOTE: For ethical reasons, therapy clients cannot receive intuitive services.

Scheduling Therapy
New Client Appointments
- Click the “New Client” option HERE.
- Schedule a free 15-minute “New Client Consult” on the calendar. At that appointment, you will be able to ask questions and discuss starting therapy with Matt.
- This appointment will be by video or by phone (whichever you prefer).
NOTE: In compliance with the No Surprises Act, as of January 2022 you are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for health care services:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Rates
The #1 issue in mental health is accessibility. Standard 50min therapy sessions are $65. The 90-minute initial intake appointment is $130.
Teletherapy will remain an option for any or all sessions, however you like.

Scheduling Intuitive Services
Intuitive services can often be scheduled on weekends, while therapy cannot. If you are scheduling intuitive services, please fill out the contact form below indicating which service you are interested in. Matt will respond within 24 hours.
